3 Generations of CrossFitters!!

From the left, 79yo Richard and Patricia, daughter, Dianne and granddaughter, Sarah.

Daughter, Dianne began training with us in 2006. She came to us after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. In 2007 we wrote this about Dianne:
  Dianne Williamson is 40 something. In 2004 she was diagnosed with osteoporosis. On February 27th, 2004, on a bone density testing scale ranging from 0.457(good) to 0.149 (very poor) she was at 0.304.

She was retested Sept. 1, 2006 and the results were worse, scoring a 0.277. Even though the number differentiation was small, this was a HUGE difference. Dianne was concerned and worried.

Shortly thereafter she joined Mt Baker CrossFit. Dianne did not want to have to take medication, and I assured her she would experience improvement through exercise, and specifically, the CrossFit Method.

Dianne was retested August 17th, 2007. She entered Mt Baker CrossFit Monday morning sporting a big smile and the results of her test. Her bone density had improved to 0.294. Her physician was amazed by such a marked improvement and said, "Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!"

CrossFit= Results.

Also in 2006, we wrote this about Patricia and Richard:

How sweet it is! We send our blessings and congratulations to Mt Baker CrossFitter's Richard and Patricia Smith!! They recently celebrated their 52nd Wedding Anniversary!!! Wow! I was 2 when they married.

The happy couple train 3 times a week at 6am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

5 years later they are still CrossFitting and improving health and quality of life. Granddaughter, Sarah, began training with us in 2008.
